Delete your account

In the app

Open More, then Privacy & data, then Delete my account. On iPhone, Apple asks you to confirm first.

Without the app

Email info@fhealth.app from the address you sign in with. We'll confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, photo and sign-in account
• Your readings and the warnings about them
• Your messages and files, including those in conversations with your doctors
• Your appointments and doctor links

What we keep

Only records that can't name you without other information: when you gave or withdrew consent, and when your data was opened or deleted. They hold a random account number and no health data.
