1. Agreement
By using fHealth (the apps, https://fhealth.app, and https://api.fhealth.app) you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
fHealth helps patients and doctors share vitals, messages, and appointments. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services. Call local emergency numbers if you need urgent care.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Google or Apple. You must provide accurate profile information. Doctors may need operator approval (enabled) before using clinician features.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, or upload unlawful content.
5. Health data
You are responsible for the accuracy of measurements you enter or capture from devices.
6. Intellectual property
The fHealth name, app, and site belong to the operator. You keep rights in content you submit; you grant us a license to host it to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or clinical outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on data in the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms on this page.
