Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026
1. Who we are
fHealth is operated from the website https://fhealth.app. Contact: [email protected].
2. The app
Patients and doctors use the fHealth mobile apps (Android and iOS). The API is https://api.fhealth.app.
3. Data we collect
- Account: email (from Google or Apple Sign-In), name, photo, phone, gender, date of birth, country/city/address.
- Health measurements: pulse oximetry (pulse, SpO2, perfusion index), blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, timestamps.
- Care: messages and attachments, appointments, clinic and speciality for doctors, linked doctor–patient relationships.
- Device: push notification token, app role (patient/doctor), approximate identifiers for paired Bluetooth sensors (name, address).
- Technical: IP address and logs on our host when you use the site or API.
4. How we use it
Provide the service (records, chat, appointments, doctor review), authenticate you, send notifications you enable, improve reliability, and respond to support and legal requests.
5. Health information
Measurements are sensitive. They are shown to doctors you link (or who accept your request). fHealth is not a medical device diagnostic service and does not replace emergency care.
6. Sharing
We share data with: (a) the doctors or patients linked to your account; (b) Google Firebase for authentication and, when enabled, push notifications; (c) hosting providers that run https://fhealth.app and https://api.fhealth.app. We do not sell personal data.
7. Retention
We keep account and health data while the account is active. After a verified deletion request we delete or anonymize personal data unless we must keep it for security, fraud prevention, or law.
8. Account deletion (Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play User Data policy)
You may request deletion of your fHealth account and associated app data by emailing [email protected] from the same email you use to sign in. We will confirm and delete within a reasonable period (typically 30 days) except where retention is required by law. We will add an in-app deletion path when the stores require it inside the app binary.
9. Your choices
You can edit profile fields in the app, sign out, disable notifications in OS settings, and email us to access or correct data.
10. Children
fHealth is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account for a child without a parent or guardian managing the account where the law requires it.
11. International transfers
Data may be processed in the EU and in regions used by Firebase/Google.
12. Changes
We will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised policy.
